Sun Bear’s P.A.W.S. does not except insurance* and does not bill insurance providers on behalf of patients (Cash, Check or CC are the only accepted forms of payment). Some patients are able to “back bill” their insurance providers, but it is the patient’s responsibility to check with their insurance provider to see if they can be reimbursed for out of network benefits. Sun Bear’s P.A.W.S. will provide a “super bill” to patients upon request for the purpose of patient’s self-billing their insurance provider. Sun Bear’s P.A.W.S. takes not responsibility for any aspects of patient’s insurance billing and reimbursement.
